RECIPIENTS: Data are processed by CESVI Foundation - ETS and donors and other institutional bodies for monitoring purposes.

PERIOD OF STORAGE: Data are retained in the portal until a request for deletion is made, subject to retention requirements for statutory reporting.

DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS: Data subjects have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to their personal data and the rectification or cancellation thereof or the restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (Articles 15 et following of the GDPR).
